Service Packages

As a minimum for piano maintenance, I suggest a minimum of 1-2 Service Packages per year.

2 hour appointment $300

Tuning, diagnosing, small adjustments.

This is a Tuning appointment. Precise and stable, this is the cornerstone of your piano’s sound and feel. As a minimum for piano maintenance, I suggest one or two 2 hour appointments per year, with new pianos needing about double that figure in their first year.

4 hour appointment $600

+Reconditioning

This is a Tuning and Reconditioning appointment. Your piano is made up of many materials which wear over time: wood, felt, leather, etc. Proper cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of these materials ensures that your piano is not inhibited in its natural function.

8 hour appointment $1200

+touch and/or tonal regulation

This is an Action Work Appointment. We like to say that a piano has about 100 parts per key, and customizing the interplay between these parts to develop a touch and tone which match your preferences is a wonderfully gratifying process that makes your piano feel truly yours.

These Service Packages are intended to function as general introductions to service possibilities. Service Packages are adjustable based on your Piano’s specific history and condition.
